What we do

We receive funds from the paying party into a client trust account, hold them while the transaction is completed, and pay them out to the seller, brokers and other beneficiaries according to the signed agreement. Many of our engagements involve payments to several beneficiaries in different countries.

When large sums are involved, every party wants to know the money will be received and paid by a trustworthy source. Our role is to be that source, as a licensed attorney subject to the rules of the State Bar of California.
