How the paymaster process works
From the first call to the final payment, everything is documented and every client completes the same secure steps online.
Call or write to the attorney
Describe the transaction: the goods or assets, the parties, the amount and the countries involved. Bahram Madaen confirms whether the firm can help and quotes the fee. Fees quoted per transaction. Please contact Bahram Madaen directly for a price. Every fee is set out in a written agreement before any funds are received.
Open your secure client account
Register with your email address, confirm it from the email we send, and set up two-step sign in with an authenticator app on your phone. This protects your identification and bank details.
Complete the Client Information Sheet
In the portal, answer the Know Your Client questionnaire: your identity, your company and its owners, your role in the transaction, the source of funds and where your share should be paid. Your answers are encrypted.
Upload your documents
Upload a passport or driver's license, IRS Form W-9, W-8BEN or W-8BEN-E, company records and the transaction contract. See the document checklist.
Review and sign the Paymaster Agreement online
The attorney prepares the agreement for your transaction. You read it in the portal, consent to electronic signing, draw your signature and confirm with your password. The attorney then countersigns and you can print the signed copy. How e-signing works.
Funds are received into the trust account
The attorney gives the wire instructions directly. The sender confirms them by telephone at (714) 782-7275 before sending. The firm confirms receipt in writing.
Payments are sent
When the conditions in the agreement are met, the firm pays each beneficiary by wire according to the signed instructions and confirms each payment.
